General Info

Please allow 5 business days in addition to your shipping time for your order to be processed. It could be anywhere from 1 to 7 days to process depending on a variety of things:

* If there are no questions on your orders.

* We have everything in stock, if not we will e-mail you immediately.

* What time of the day we receive your order.

* The actual time to pack and process your orders.

* What time USPS or the Post Office picks up.

* Shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.

There are many other possibilities, but you can see what we're trying to say.

Please know we are working very hard to get everything out to you as soon as possible, but please take all the above in to consideration. We promise to do our absolute best and we really do appreciate your support of the online store.

Domestic Orders

All domestic orders will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Packages sent via Priority mail require an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Priority mail delivers to every address in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses.(NOTE: We are shipping from Oregon.)

International Orders

(All orders outside the US) Delivery time estimated between 1-6 weeks, but that is not guaranteed. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT HAVE TRACKING FEATURES ! Global Priority Mail is an expedited service of the United States Postal Service, available to over50 countries worldwide.

Customs or Import Duties
ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE LEVIED ON THE ORDERED PACKAGE, AND/OR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED ONCE IT REACHES ITS FINAL COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT. We have no control over the application of the charges, nor amount of the charges to be levied. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Back Orders

We are trying very hard to keep everything stocked and available to send out to you right away. However, we will occasionally be out of stock on some high volume items. Therefore, if we do not have the item you have requested in stock we will e-mail you to let you know it is on back order and get it out to you as soon as possible.
